Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
3. No Performance Guarantee
We use commercially reasonable efforts to improve your online visibility and patient acquisition.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Number of leads
- Number of new patients
- Revenue increases
- Specific return on investment (ROI)
Results vary based on market competition, website quality, patient reviews, location, budget, and other factors outside our control.
4. Pricing and Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will continue to receive services through the end of the paid period.
No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time after the billing date.
6. Refund Policy
Your purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Refund eligibility is limited to the first payment only and must be requested within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase.
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewals after the first billing period
- Google Ads spend
- Third-party costs
- Payments older than 14 days

7. Google Ads Add-On
If you purchase Google Ads management:
- Your ad spend is paid directly to Google.
- Ad spend is separate from our management fee.
- Ad spend is non-refundable.
- We do not guarantee cost per lead, patient volume, or ad performance.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to required accounts and information, including:
- Website access
- Google Business Profile access
- Social media account access
- Branding materials
- Business information
Delays in providing access may affect timelines and results.
9. Ownership of Assets
All content, graphics, reports, and deliverables created during your engagement become your property upon payment.
Grow Dental Clinic retains ownership of its internal systems, workflows, templates, and proprietary processes.
10. Intellectual Property
You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our proprietary systems, methodologies, or training materials without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Dental Clinic will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Search engine penalties
- Platform suspensions
- Changes to search engine algorithms
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.
