1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund of your initial payment within 14 calendar days of your first purchase.
This guarantee applies to new clients only and covers the first payment only.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Subscription renewals after the first month
- Google Ads spend
- Third-party costs
- Payments requested after the 14-day guarantee period
3. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
4. Cancellation vs Refund
Canceling your subscription stops future billing at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
